Vaya business centre is the first step in the development of Burgas southern zones

Vaya business centre situated in Burgas Accacias neighbourhood is the first serious infrastructure and strategic investment in the southern neighbourhoods of the Black Sea city. According to the new master plan there should be the new business city of Burgas.

Vaya complex is situated on one of the busiest boulevards Todor Alexandrov, channelling the whole traffic to the southern Black Sea resorts.

The business centre started operation on 1 Dec. The design was prepared by Filipa Guguchkova of Gebuplan design studio, the investor is Shketiev Stroy Invest Ltd., with general conctractor SMK Montazhi - Burgas.

The new complex is a luxurious retail and office building A-class on a site of 2,796 sq. m and 1,600 sq. m footprint. It has two separate entrances, the gross-floor area is 9,100 sq. m and a 61-slot car park.

The complex offers 31 shops of 4,600 sq. m and 67 offices of 2,300 sq. m.

On the top floor there is a restaurant of 700 sq. m with a view to Vaya lake.
