Starting the first tender by Super Burgas project

The first public procurement tender by the project Super Burgas has been launched. The procedure is for preliminary studies of the future zone for public access to the intermodal passenger terminal Black Sea passenger terminal, railway station and Burgas bus station.

The investor is Zona za obstestven dostap - Burgas AD. The company with shareholders Railway Infrastructure national company, Port Infrastructure state enterprise, BDZ national company, Burgas port operator and Burgas municipality. It was registered on 15 Sept. with the purpose to design, build and operatate the interchange terminal and the public access zone in the city of Burgas.

The execution deadline is 90 days, the participation guarantee is BGN 1,500.

The participant should have a turnover of similar activities not less than BGN 10m for the last three years - 2006, 2007 and 2008 with at least three such contracts.

The procedure is open. The criterion is economically the best price at indicators like basic parameters of the preliminary survey of 50%, completion deadline - 10% and price - 40%.
